Course Overview:

At this baking classes you will learn, how to prepare and bake different, Savoury

dishes. Learning how to bake cakes, tarts, pastry and prepare delicious treats for all of your

family and friends.

Step into our kitchen and discover the joy of homemade baking. From gooey cinnamon & apple rolls to savoury scones and festive biscuits, our classes blend comfort, creativity, and a sprinkle of fun — perfect for beginners and seasoned bakers alike.


What to bring for the first lesson?

Shopping list for No Yeast Giant Cinnamon & Apple roll

250g all-purpose flour

4g (1tsp) baking powder

3g (1/2tsp) baking soda

2g (1/2tsp) salt

30 g Sugar

70g light brown sugar

100g powder sugar

60ml milk

120g plain yogurt

80g unsalted butter (melted)

10g (3tsp) cinnamon

5g (1tsp) vanilla extract

1 large or 2 small apples (about 200g)-cut in small cubes)


Equipment:

Kitchen scale; 18 / 20cm cake tin; Parchment paper circle (for the bottom of the tin; Bowl to

mix the batter; smaller mixing bowl; Wooden rolling pin; Pizza cutting wheel;


Kitchen knife for chopping; Palette Spatula (for spreading the cream).

Mixing spoon; Silicon spatula for mixing & whisk;
